Project Summary
WE’s Burnet Ave Project, situated in Guildford, epitomized the art of transformation. What began as a modest endeavor—a back and side extension—soon blossomed into a comprehensive renovation, breathing new life into a once-restricted 100-square-meter home.
With WE’s signature warmth and welcoming demeanor, the project evolved organically, guided by the client’s vision and aspirations. As the scope expanded, so too did the possibilities, culminating in the creation of a 150-square-meter state-of-the-art open-plan living space—a testament to ingenuity and innovation.
The heart of the renovated home emerged in the form of a breathtaking bespoke open-plan kitchen, seamlessly integrated with the living area and a new media wall. This harmonious space beckoned with its elegance and functionality. Flowing effortlessly from the kitchen, the new dining area provided the perfect backdrop for shared meals and intimate gatherings, completing the picture of modern living at its finest.
Aesthetic beauty met practicality with the installation of a stunning herringbone floor, adorned with a border and brass inlay—an exquisite detail that added depth and character to every room. From the kitchen to the living area, each space exuded a sense of cohesion and sophistication, creating a seamless transition between areas.
