Introducing the Beautiful Transformation
We are thrilled to announce the completion of a truly remarkable transformation in Fulham, a stunning example of combining heritage charm with modern living. Originally a subdivided terrace house, this property has been expertly restored and reimagined by WE Construct to create a spacious, family-oriented masterpiece.
A Blend of Classic Elegance and Contemporary Design
Through meticulous renovation and extension, the house has been beautifully reconfigured into a single, cohesive living space that retains the original Victorian character while embracing the needs of modern family life.
Ground Floor Expansion
The ground floor has been extended by 5 meters to the rear and 1.5 meters to the side, significantly increasing the space. The side extension was thoughtfully constructed in a sustainable manner, reusing the original bricks to reduce waste, while the addition of a pitched glazed roof floods the new open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge areas with natural light.
Elegant Reception Room
The front room on the ground floor has been restored to its original Victorian charm, boasting beautiful high ceilings, panelled walls, and arched windows, making it an inviting and sophisticated reception space.
Open-Plan Family Living
The new design has created a perfect space for family life and entertaining, seamlessly blending the indoors with the outdoors.
Sustainability Meets Strength
A new steel-framed structure was carefully introduced to support the home during construction, ensuring the integrity and stability of the building. The external façade has been lovingly retained, with the original London stock brickwork preserved to maintain the historical character of the property.
A Home That Tells a Story
This project is more than just a home — it’s a statement of thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and sustainability. From the carefully restored Victorian details to the expansive, modern spaces created for contemporary living, every aspect of this renovation tells a story of innovation and respect for the past.
Masterful First-Floor Transformation
The first floor has undergone a remarkable change, transforming from a dated kitchen into a luxurious master suite. The spacious open-plan master bedroom and ensuite offer the perfect retreat, while an additional family bathroom serves the needs of the whole household. The rest of the first floor has been tastefully revamped with refined decoration and elegant paneling that enhances the home’s timeless appeal.
