Project Summary

We recently completed a stunning luxury barn conversion in Harpenden, working closely with E-GG Architects to deliver a contemporary family home with exceptional features. The project involved a full rip out and refurbishment of the existing property, along with a carefully designed rear extension to enhance space and light.

This detached four-bedroom home now boasts an impressive open-plan living space, filled with natural light thanks to new glazing throughout and a striking feature sliding door with slim sight lines opening onto the garden. The interiors have been finished to the highest standard, combining modern design with the character of the original structure.

A key highlight of the project was the creation of a bespoke garden spa complex, complete with a sauna room and dedicated office space, offering both relaxation and functionality. To complement the family lifestyle, a state-of-the-art cinema room was also incorporated, providing the perfect entertainment hub.
